I had a Lower Bleph w/Fat Transfer 4 years ago along with an Endoscopic Brow Lift. This has proven to be one of the biggest regrets of my life. Jacono was extremely aggressive and took too much skin from under my eyes and now I have what is called scleral show, the whites of my eyes are now more prominent where as I didn't have this problem before surgery. This is a major problem for me because I can not close my eyes properly and now I have dry eye disease. Every month I spend a ton of money for medication to help me with this concern.
I once had beautiful almond shaped eyes and now I have very big, round and protruding eyes. They look like huge fish eyes. Along with my upsetting results from my Lower Bleph, I also had an Endo Brow Lift at the same time. Since then, I have paid an enormous amount of money for Botox because my eyebrows were lifted way too high. Not only do I inject Botox above my brows to bring them back down, it also helps to give me the shape of my eyes back. This helped somewhat, but the Botox does not hold the way it used to. Now I am running to my Dermatologist every 2 months because I can't stand the way I look when it wears off. These procedures have changed the way I look entirely. I look like a completely different person. I have recently been to many doctors trying to understand what has been done to me and how this can be corrected. One doctor suggested that I need Canthopexy eye surgery. ($19,500.00) Another Doctor quoted me 10K to undo the brow lift. I am beyond devastated and heartbroken. As hard as it is for me, I will post pictures. It's just so sad.

Lifetime savings gone to botox thanks to Andrew Jacono
sosad4meJuly 30, 2013
Since the last time I wrote my review, I must of spent another three grand on botox alone. After my surgery, I used to get Botox every 3 months or so. Within the past year I have to get it much more often. The Botox is not holding my eyebrows down the way it used to. My eyes are very round, big and ugly. I am thinking about either Canthopexy or reversal brow lift. Canthopexy surgery runs about 20 grand. Undoing this dam brow lift is ten grand, or....Botox every month for the rest of my life not to mention lifting my cheeks with Juvederm because my whole face falls when my brows are too high without Botox.
Thanks jacono, you robbed my bank account along with any beauty I might have had left.
Thanks Jacono

I am so sorry for the life changing horrible results and the lifetime expense it carries. I too have to have Botox bring my brows down( one more than the other due to asymmetry) thanks to Jacono. There are many of us out there. He should not be a "surgeon". Again, I am so sorry.

Hi, I am in a similar situation. Have you had a revision yet? If so, please share what you had done and how it turned out?
Thank you!

50 thousand to fix

it has taken me countless botox and juvederm injections along with another eye surgery to repair (somewhat) my ugly lower lid retraction - which still is not ok but i learned to leave things well enough alone.. oh and lets not forget a 1/2 of a reverse browlift- the first surgeon only brought my forehead down a few centimeters- this was not a reverse browlift by any means. .. o and lets not forget to mention my recent new reverse browlift too which i have a head full of lovely stitches - and brows brought back down into a much normal position- 3 centimeters to be exact- huge difference huge! along with another centimeter down with my forehead. Whew! is the nightmare over? it has to be- im dirt poor- im in a divorce after 25 years of marriage - now searching for my soul that You yes You Jacono stole from me. You knew it was wrong, you knew something should of been done when a patient keeps coming back and forth for more botox at eight hundred dollars a pop.
When i get the courage i am posting my before pictures, what i looked like after Andrew Jacono stopped injecting me with botox and what i look like fifty thousand dollars later to try and repair this hell of a mess you did to my once normal - very un plastic looking face. - off to search for me- I've missed her.

Hello
Dr Yaremchuk, Boston- master at reversing browlifts- I had mine done weeks ago, no scars, no pain, no numbness,no hairloss ..in fact i could of done backflips after surgery! I couldnt believe after my surgery i had to shlep 3 very heavy pieces of luggage(i went solo) to my Airbnb where i stayed one week- Day of surgery if you are alone it is recommended you sleep in his surgical unit- there is a night nurse that
takes care of you. I was not uncomfortable,I slept just fine and if i had any pain at all the nurse gives you a pain killer. After my surgery i took one- thats all i needed through my whole reverse procedure. Dr Yaremchuk visits you the next morning.
Seven years ago my experience with my endoscopic brow lift ( what got me into this nightmare) was so painful i could only describe it as being banged over my head with a metal bat- over and over as hard as possible. that pain subsided I'd say in about 3 weeks. the numbness was so unbelievable I still have till this day- i do believe my nerves were damaged in that procedure as well.
So when i say that my reverse was pretty much a breeze - it certainly cannot compare to my original at all- having said that upon reading his reverse browlift reviews on the "make me heal" website they all said the same thing... no problems, no pain, no scars, no hairloss. Now i believe them having witnessed it for myself. I went all by myself i was very nervous and everything came out just fine.
My forehead was brought down i believe one centimeter and brows down three centimeters each. I had stitches from ear to ear that I couldn't even see. Those came out 7 days after surgery. Not too painful as well. I expected more then what i had.
Although i will never really look like myself again because i also had an overdone lower blepharoplasty i am coming close to looking like myself again.
Good luck and if i could do it anyone can.

I’m struggling to follow your journey timeline but did you say you initially were happy with your revision by yaremchuk then after no happy because it failed??

I've seen your review multiple times and in different venues, you always say you're going to post the pictures of the 'botched job' so where are they available to view

It's much easier to verbally get a message out there by simply posting it on a forum rather then to humiliate yourself to the whole world what your pretty face & eyes have turned into.
1- a forehead you can see coming from blocks away
2- big round ugly hanging eyes
3- eyebrows that were grossly exaggerated too high
So if you could just imagine eyebrows being pulled up and lower eyelids being pulled down..
Pretty enough?
Not only has family and friends hearts been broken for me but believe it or not many of his colleagues as well- they actually said to me "let me guess- Jacono right?"
So sorry my pictures aren't posted for all to see- I still try to keep my dignity- I'm out over fifty thousand dollars- even the best of the best have apologized - what he did just can't be UNdone.
I will spend the rest of my life trying if I have to.

Hopefully you took legal action. A doctor shouldn't be able to get away with this.
