Andrew Jacono did wonders with my jaw angle augmentation. I'd always thought my face was very thin on the bottom, but had no idea what could fix that. Dr. Jacono immediately said I'd be a good candidate for a jaw augmentation since I had good cheekbones that would support the addition. I'm a year out now, and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Jacono balanced out my face in such a natural and beautiful way. If I ever decide to get further work done, I would pretty much only go to him.

Hi!! I'll upload side profile pics soon. The implants are Medpore 6mm on each side. I can't feel them at rest, but obviously when I touch my jaw angle I can sort of feel where they end. Only downside is that it took me a good 3-4 months to FULLY be able to open my mouth wide.

Before/After i never put my before & after shots on this so it's really hard for people to see what was done, but the attached photos show my jawline clearly before and after the procedure. Enjoy!

Medpore Implants, 6.5 mm/side. Left hand side is before, Right hand side after-- if you look at where my jaw line curves into my chin, it should be super apparent!
