For 6 years I had researched doctors and procedures for improving my aging.. I had several fillers which did not work for more than 6 weeks.. After a seminar in Dr. Jaconos office, he had me at HELLO.. There was an honesty, integrity and intelligence that he excuded that I just felt a connection, aside from the fact that he is ONLY A FACIAL PLASTIC SURGEON, DUAL BOARD CERTIFIED AS HEAD AND NECK AS WELL.. My husband who came with me to see other surgeons and who is a very difficult marker said to me THIS IS YOUR DOCTOR after my 3rd consultation with him (in the 6 yrs that it took to make my decision). He has a warm and kind demeaner.. His wait may be a long one, but as I have told him many times, HE IS WELL WORTH THE WAIT,, (AND HIS OFFICE INDICATES THAT) My experience with surgery was so pleasant and smooth.. The timing was perfect, the sedation went well and truthfully I felt nothing until I was wokenup 5 hours later.. Dr. J, has been open, honest, upbeat, funny, real, serious and most importantly professional and caring when it comes to my concerns.. I had a neck lift, lower facial lift, my bottom eyes, and full face laser.. The results are amazing at only 9 weeks and with still some healing in the eyes Dr. J has reassured me that all will heal in its time,, (another possible 6 -8 weeks).. He affirms that what I am feeling is natural and to be expected.. I just enjoy him as a person but his ability to create a YOUNGER ME, while allowing me to look like myself is the most important accomplishment.. That is where he truly scores points.. YOU WILL LOOK LIKE YOURSELF but refreshed, and younger.. THe compliments dont stop.. People have just expressed how amazing I look, younger but myself.. IT was my biggest concern, but he allayed many fears, and He was on target.. I cannot express how thankful I am to Dr. J, and his incredible, patient staff, DIane his coordinator, his nurses, his assistants all have a wonderful warm welcoming and understanding attitude.. YOu can truly feel it in the office.. If you are considering any facial procedure DO NOT HESITATE TO CONSULT AND ULTIMATELY CHOOSE DR. J AS YOUR SURGEON. Please note that I stayed overnight after my 5 hours of surgery. It is not painful but quite uncomfortable. A toothache and headache feeling. that doesn't stop but the next morning when the drains are out its a great relief. The healing process for me took about 3 weeks until all the black and blue were gone. I did not leave the house until then. I followed ALLL of Dr jaconos orders to the tee and he said he could tell. I think it most valuable as that helps with the healing process. My left eye still has some healing and he continues to tell me to be patient that it takes at least 6 mos for the entire process to manifest. I have the utmost of faith in dr J. As I said I have gotten such positive feedback with my outcome and more than anything I am just so happy with the natural results. He gave me back 10-15 yrs !!!
