Dr. Andrew Jacono Neck Lift to Correct Result of Cervical Fusion Surgery

I was initially happy with the results of my procedure. As the swelling dissipated, I noticed some issues that I was anxious to discuss with Dr. Jacono. My 1-year check up was supposed to be October, 2018. The appointment was canceled and rescheduled, which happened each month. This week, I got the monthly call canceling my appointment. I told the person who called that I wanted to see the doctor that it is the 6th time the appointment has been cancelled and there were things I needed to discuss with him. I was told to take a photo and send it to the doctor. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I would expect that comment from a 2nd or 3rd rate doctor, not one supposedly held in such high regard! I am now faced with finding another doctor who can correct what Dr. Jacono couldn't find the time to even look at. What a disappointment!

Knowing that he only performed surgery on the neck and face, I was immediately put at ease. I gave myself a few days to make a decision, but once I made the appointment for my surgery, I never had a second thought.
Dr. Jacono’s experience and credentials are superb, his philanthropic work with helping heal victims of domestic violence and underprivileged children with facial deformities showed me that despite his success and busy office practice, he is generous with his talent.
