Jowly Since Age 12!! - Great Neck, NY

I have lost and maintained approx. an 80 pound weight loss since 2009. Yet, in spite of the weight loss, I still had a triple chin and looked heavy in almost every single photo. Nearly everyone in my family has had this 'chin' issue, no matter what their weight has been so I guess genes are part of the equation...At any rate, non-surgical procedures got me nowhere - Excillis, Thermage and Tripollar did zero for me. I consulted with Dr. Jacono after hearing several recommendations from very happy and satisfied former patients. His manner was confident yet friendly and approachable during my consultation, he answered all my questions and he did NOT ever once try to 'sell' me on any additional procedures, which, for me personally, is very important. My surgery went extremely well. Even when I became (unnecessarily) concerned over the swelling immediately after the surgery, Dr. Jacono and Dr. Melanie Malone, his fantastic and accomplished associate, returned my call immediately, had me email photos and were extremely reassuring to me that all was well. Dr. Jacono has an amazingly kind, helpful and professional staff who made the whole process of the procedure as stress-free as it could possibly be. My results are exactly what I'd hoped for, even just 5 weeks out and despite that my healing is not fully complete. I look like "me" just a better version of "me". I do not have the 'pulled-back, tell-tale' look of a facelift whatsoever and I do not look unrecognizable to people, which was a huge fear for me. I would and WILL recommend Dr. Jacono to anyone in the future!
