Hello realself,
Sooo today is my surgery day, Im on my way to see Doctor Kevin Tehrani as we speak for my breast lift with implants: 350cc sientra anatomical implants (round base)
I've wanted this surgery since I was 15 years old when I hit puberty and just knew something wasnt right and I knew i would never look normal like everyone else!
Im 22 and 5'3 130 lbs. Small and petite!
Also just wanna say my experience with Doctor Tehrani and his staff have been amazing they treat me like family and answer any questions that I may have and when i met him I just knew he would be my doctor!
Anyway, this was really hard for me to post this before and after because of all the years I have been embarassed and ashamed, one breast is a B Cup and the smaller one is an A Cup... all of my bras would always be empty in one cup... but all of you ladies have been so informative and helpful that I wanna contribute and also if any of you ladies have tuberous breasts (and have fixed them too) you are not alone!!!
This site has been amazing to me and if any of you have advice for me before I go in or anything at all dont hesitate.
I will post after photos the minute I cant.

Day 2!
So I got home and it feels almost like I have athsma yesterday. Day 1 was awkward and I cant barely reach for anything my boyfriend literally has to help me get in and out of bed.
I wanna take off the surgical bra so bad and see them! I did take a peak and almost cried because I think I look normal now! Also big ;)

You look great!!! I was so sore and tired that my husband fed me my applesauce on the first day, so let your boyfriend reach ;) As the swelling goes down then the pressure felt better for me on my chest. Sleep helps . Very happy for you!!

I am just in the last week opening pill bottles on my own lol. I did find that if I got out of bed and slept in a comfy chair that helped me! keep updating :)

Its seems like my 320cc look bigger then a B right?
We had picked 350cc and he said he also took a few other sizes in... me thinking he would go even bigger.. and behild he picks 320cc. Apart of me is aad cause whats the difference of 30cc?! But i think he knows best for my body.
I really want to be a full C!
Maybe after yours drop and fluff some they will grow you think?

Hi congratulations on the surgery! Just read your post and thought I'd comment as I had 330cc put in 10 days ago and I'm wearing D cup sports bra as well as my nurse saying I definitely look like a D so I'm sure you will be about the same as I had next to no boob volume before surgery! I know it's really hard to tell with all the swelling but give it a couple of weeks and I bet you will be surprised at the size! X

You'll deff be a C even a D!! You started out with more breast tissue - I was completly Flat/tight!!! 350 was the biggest he can go with me..The next size up would of ride high close to my collerbone/cleavage will be too close... I'm still super high and tight. But yes,,Hopefully when my muscles heal/dropFluff they will look bigger lol

I hope I will be a D! They seem to be getting a lil smaller though lol.
but im sure once they drop I will see that fullness I really want its all still tight and swollen. You are looking GREAT btw!!

Yay!!!!! I'm so, so happy for you!! Gosh, I know the feeling of not feeling normal. After I finished nursing I felt so embarrassed of mine. That burden of looking in the mirror feeling sad/disappointed is gone for us!! Hallelujah!! :D
You are going to be so happy..the beginning is tough because of the tighness and pressure, but I promise it will get better, much better...until you don't even notice them anymore, (discomfort wise.)
Around 8-9 days post-op was when I noticed I was feeling better, little by little.
In the meantime, take it very easy and keep letting your bf take care of you! I could do almost nothing by myself at first. Newborn status here, ha! Before you know it, you'll reach higher and higher and then things will be just as they were-except you'll have boobies that make you happy and that's the BEST part! Keep us updated..we're happy to help! XO

Omg in pain...
They dont look as pretty as yesterday when i had them done. Did everyone else have scary boobies?
And I noticed a dent in one! But Dr said it will smooth out. Hopefully.

My dr said i can only let them our of the bra for 1 hour a day!

They are not the prettiest the first few days. you are probably more swollen now than yesterday too. just relax and know that they will be pretty and need to heal! keep up on any pain meds you have . you will feel so much better at day 5 than you do now!

Ughhh time is moving so slow and they are practically throbing.
I read so many reviews and really underestimated how painful this will be. I guess other women are just lucky like that!
I wish my mom was still around to take care of me this really sucks :(

Sleep sleep and more Sleep!!! That's all I did for the first 3 days (and the most painful) take meds on sched with a good amt of food - if not sensitive to Rx.. ice packs!! (Ok with ur doc) Hang in there!!! It will get better! Did you go through areola??

I cant eat anything but but fiber one bars :(
I throw up from pain killers.
And i really really wanna use ice but both my nurse and dr said not do.
And yes aside from the breast lift (to correct my tuberous breasts ) h3 completely changed the size of my nipples as you can see they were huuuuge lol.
Sleeping is very sporadic too. My back hurts so bad that i just watch tv and shop on amazon lol. But thanks so much for all the help I really appreciate it and love this site. I will def keep updating!

Congratulations for making it to the other side!!! I have been thinks of you and hoping you are resting and recovering well. They will turn out amazing and you looked beautiful before as well. Keep up on your meds, ice ice ice them and get plenty of rest doll face. I look forward to following your progress!! Prayers for you and happy boobie birthday!!!!

I know, I read reviews about women going out to eat that night or shopping the next day and thought oh my gosh what is wrong I'm in so much pain. I couldn't even carry my own coffee cup with out pain or make it up the steps without more pain. I called my doctor and she said I needed sleep and that this was normal healing and hardly anyone heals as fast as the super stories we read ( this made me feel so much better and not worry so much !) having your muscles pulled up and then cut into is no joke and you have your body trying to figure out what to do about these implants, it's a lot! promise, promise it will get better !!!! I was miserable the first week, but by day 5 washed my own hair and showered myself and slowly able to do more and more! don't be discouraged :)

If you check out my pics mine looked great the first day then it was frankenboobs ever since. Finally seeing a tiny bit of progress. How are you feeling? Is the pain any better?

Igh today is okay i guess.
My doc switched me to tylenol and motrin which is great cause I was throwing up everything i ate on percocets and now tonight i will actually eat.
My breasts just feeling like alot of pressure and theres pain along the bottoms and side.
Its enough pain to make me crabby but not enough to cry if that makes any sense lol.
Im gonna check your profile now :)
Honestly i wasnt prepared for all this pain some women on this site just breezed right thru it. No fair lol.
