On Monday I'm getting this done and he wants to do 1000 but I'm a little nervous that it may be too dramatic
I would have probably gone bigger but i was nervous too i wanted a natural look, i would do the 1000 just my opinion because you will lose some volume good luck
Thanks for your opinion I really appreciate it I'm so nervous about this whole process I haven't really told too many people only a handful of people that I'm close with so I was just worried that the results will end up being two unnatural looking but since you've gone through it I guess I'll go with his recommendation and your opinion LOL
Also if you don't mind me asking how bad was the pain and or soreness on the second day?
It wasn't bad the next day but i was out of it, ineeded to sleep and then it got worse over the next few days i took pain killers to fall asleep. after a week i went to over the counter because i didnt like the way i felt on pain killers. The biggest pain was sleeping flat on my stomach and the compression garment

Don't freak out you are definitely still swollen, it will go down, when i got home i thought it was too big too but it definitely went down
My whole comment didn't go through lol what I wanted to ask was how long till the size diminished? I know I'm only 5 days post op .. but I'm worried

I like everyone else on real self did my research. I wanted liposuction on my upper and lower abdomen, flanks, upper and lower back. I wanted it transferred to by butt. I m et with a few other doctors but when I met with Dr tehrani I just knew I would have him do my surgery. He is an amazing surgeon, his staff is very friendly and welcoming. He explained everything to me and answered all my crazy questions (my first surgery ever). I had realistic expectations after speaking with him. I w as nervous the day of my surgery, went in very quickly. but Everyone put me at ease the nurses and the anesthesiologist was awesome. Woke up great from surgery ( 3 hours) went home and went to sleep. The first 2 weeks were rough but after that I was ok. The doctor always answered my emails and calls post op. LOVE MY RESULTS! I have to get the before and after pictures from them and then I can post them. I would never go anywhere else. DR. Tehrani is amazing.

How bad was the pain right after?
Right after the surgery was not so bad, it was over the next two weeks that I was very sore. I have a high threshold for pain I guess. I only took the prescribed pain killers for a few days then switched to over the counter. The biggest pain is sleeping flat on your stomach and wearing compression garments. My doctor didn't want me to sleep on my side s or back. And you are very swollen when you first come out of surgery so listen to your doctor about massages and compression garments post op
Do you mind me asking how much your surgery was because I went to him and was quoted a price of $17,000 ! Crazy ! Liked him but not 17k worth lol

it was 11,700. I did lipo to back, flanks and stomach, then had it transferred to my butt. It was a higher amount but they work with you if you give them cash. There are people who were less but I felt more comfortable with him doing my surgery. The lowest quote I received was 9000. but did not feel comfortable with that surgeon.
