Great Guy, not a great result

I had a breast 'reduction' and abdominoplasty with Dr. Connell in 2016.

I had huge boobs as a teenager, and they only got saggier during my pregnancies and breastfeeding, as well as the brutal stretch marks all over my belly.

I spent 20 years loathing my body, trying all sorts of self esteem practices to learn to accept it. Feeling good in my clothes was such a foreign concept and I craved it.

Eventually I decided I just wanted peace and surrendered to spending the money

There is no doubting his lovely bedside manner and caring nature. However he did not give me what I paid for - a reduction . I was given a breast lift instead - I still wear the same bra size as prior to the surgery and he gave me a belly button the size of a 20c piece.

Its the biggest amount of money I've spent on anything in my life, yet I didn't get the smaller breasts I desperately wanted, and asked for, or the normal belly button I hoped for.

I hear he is excellent at breast augmentation but regardless - he will decide whats best for you, not you. Yes he's the expert in that field but you are the expert in YOU.

If you want a say in the outcome, and dont want to hand all the power over to someone else, dont go to Dr Connell.

if I could go back, I would have done so much more research and actually spoken to women who'd had successful surgeries specific to what I was seeking.
