Update about 6 months later and tried bum

Okay, so I did another session in the last few months of my tummy and did the whole 5 sessions over 8 weeks of my bum.
Now, I have put on weight...2 kilos since I started the bum. Maybe half of that is muscle as I have been working out ALOT on glute's. However I think it worked. Although I have put on weight, you can see my bum has lifted, it sits higher and starts higher.
I have rethought the tummy emsculpt.
positive:
It got rid of my separation (that was small but it was there)
Cons:
I was going to go in a bodybuilding comp. The over defined abs made my body a little out of balance. That ws okay, although I couldn't get my legs to catch up to it over 3 months of trying.
ALSO...BIG CON for me....what it has done is made my ab muscles protrude...I was worried about this while the contractions were going as I have done this to myself over 20 years ago by training abs incorrectly...the contractions emsculpt does make your tummy lift up not down. As a result I was VERY self conscious of competing against women who could get flatter abs...mine will never be that flat, but all the fat went and the tummy stuck out...everyone kept saying, hold them in...hold them in...and I just couldn't...that was it...you can see the protruding on the photos...I am about 15% body fat on the left and 16%-17% on the right. So as a result I pulled the pin at the last minute to compete. I will try and train my muscles down a bit over the next few months and see what I can achieve.
So that said...the emsculpt was very good for tummy and for most people...just ... I would question it if you are lower body fat and fit already.
The bum one is good as I HATE hip thrusts...and it's an expensive way to have them done for you. My bum wouldn't be this round if I hadn't also done butt moves several times a week for the 2 months between photos....however, it would still have improved it I feel.

Great Emsculpt Experience

Last week I completed my 4 emsculpt sessions.
I'm 49, fit but had put on covid fat around my muscle. I did some suresculpt on my abs 6 weeks before and I noticed a little shift but not much...that said I wasn't helping myself with my diet. My local place had a great deal on emsculpt so I gave it a go. It HURT! no one says that, but my god, I couldn't get past 80% on the first day. I took panadol the next few times and managed 100%. I think it maybe that I have a fair bit of muscle anyway there, so a lot was activated...or I am a wimp! Anyhow, straight away my lower tummy separation I had was gone...the separation below the belly button, I had managed to get rid of the upper one with a lot of work years before. I am definitely stronger in my lower abs and my uphill walking/ running has been kinder on my back. Basically I am thrilled about the results. The first pic is me after my session...I wish I had the photos from the centre...they would be a lot better...the next is after my last session. I go back for a bonus 5th in 6 weeks, so I'll take another pic then. The difference looks subtle in the photos but I have gone down 2 belt notches and my dresses no longer cling at the waist...i have room! Honestly, I am so happy with it. Highly recommend it :-)
