So my Mommy Makeover was today!! October 3rd 2017. I want to post these photos to help anyone it might help. I wasn't able to find many ladies with my body type on here so I felt compelled to share. I had a tummy tuck with MR, breast augmentation, liposuction to my left breast which was slightly larger. He removed about 60 cc of fat from the left lateral side of it. Also liposuction of the hips/flanks, he took out 1,100 cc from each side. Liposuction to inner thighs as well.
I've have two wonderful kids 13 and 6, and one kick-ass step child age 7. Both were born via c section. I only gained 35 pounds with each child but was left with some nasty stretch marks and a paunch. My breasts aren't saggy enough for a lift so we went with 475cc HP Silicone gel implants.
Surgery was at 6:30 am today and I just got home about 30 minutes ago. Right when I woke up the thing that hurt the most were my inner thighs. They have me lots of IV pain meds and eventually moved me to stage two recovery. I'm going to move to the next page to continue so I can post more pictures for ya'll.

Omg do you not stay in hospital after tummy tuck?
October 7, 2017
No I did not stay. I checked in at 5:30 and left around 4:30. I was glad to be home, and my husband was an excellent nurse! Honestly most of the pain was from the liposuction! My plastic surgeon said your brain an really only process pain from one area at a time. I would have to agree because I had a lot done and really only ever had pain in one area at any point in time.

You look amazing!! I think I might've watched your surgery live on Snapchat!! Not sure if it was you but I recall Dr. Placik doing lipo on one of the breast. I have my mommy make over consult with him in two weeks!!
October 28, 2017
Thank you! Yeah the Snapchat may have been me!! Dr. Placik and his staff are awesome. They have treated me o well throughout the whole process. He will tell you honestly what he thinks you need, and then he executes with precision in theOR. He's so talented. The only thing he won't help you with really is deciding on the use of implants. However his nurses will help you and they're awesome. I could not be happier with the size and style I chose. A lot of his nurses have had these procedures done themselves so they're a great resource when healing to answer any questions you have about what's normal what's not normal. And of course Dr. Placik will also answer your questions and see you frequently in the office post-op to check on your healing. Hope this helps!!! Best of luck, and let me know how the consult goes. Are you consulting with anyone else?
October 28, 2017
I’ll message you directly as I have a lot of questions!

Any updates? Are you starting to see the final results? If you could go back, is there anything you wish to change or done differently?

How was your pain after you wake up from anesthesia? Can you compared with the pain of a C-sectiom ??

First night at home

Oh baby! That was tough. I underestimated the amount of pain I would be in as so many before me. Thank God for my wonderful husband. I spent the night in the lift recliner which I don't know how anyone does this without one. It has been a godsend.
They sent me home from Day Surgery with a walker and although I did not I did need one I've been so grateful for it. I only have one drain in. I think my Dr did a combo of drainless tummy tuck up high and regular down below. I have had a lot of pretty bloody output in the JP drain and I've been using puppy pee pads underneath me to catch the drainage from my liposuction.
My best recommendations:
A) Take you pain meds on schedule every 4 hours for Hydrocodone or Percocet, and every 8 for Valium.
B) If you had an augmentation do the stretches every time you wake up to help prevent spasms
C) Do your breathing and leg exercises.
D) Be prepared to pee a lot!!! And I have had to really push the pee out to fully empty my bladder. Not the most pleasant experience.
That is all for now ladies. I'll post the remainder of my pictures from surgery yesterday if it lets me. I'm in a full CG unto Friday so no pics of the new me until then.

I'm glad everything well for you. Did you get exparel? I'm scheduled for mine on 12/19/17. I'll be getting breast augmentation and TT. I'm very nervous and scared of going under.
October 4, 2017
Hi! I was also super nervous about going under, but it was just fine! I have the pain pump and it's been working great. The majority of my pain is from liposuction. Best of luck to you!!!

Thank you. Please keep us posted. I pray you have a speedy recovery.

Thank you I will

Thanks so much for sharing! My MM is scheduled for 25 Oct. We have very similar body shapes so I am glad to have your info!! I’m not doing lipo on my legs or flanks at all and kind of regretting not scheduling it. Maybe another time! I am interested in your size choice. Do you have any wish pics that led you to that choice? Right now I’m looking at getting 340cc implants with a small lift. Excited to see your after pics!
October 4, 2017
I did have wish pics but it was really my surgeons nurses who helped me pick. I told them I was hoping to be a full D cup and they then brought in the sizes that would fit into my breast pocket and give me the size I wanted. The options were 375 moderate plus or 375 high profile or 474 high profile. 475 in a moderate plus would have been too wide for my breast pocket and would have given me too much side boob. So ultimately I went with the 475 HP. So far from what I can see they look exactly like I wanted them too. I can't wait to see them on Friday out of the useful bra. I'll be sure to post more pictures on Friday. Best of luck with your decision. Picking an implant size is probably the hardest part. Try rice sizers in different sizes under a sports bra. That should help you pick too.

Wow, you are so brave to go through all that in one day lol. But your results look amazing! I have been contemplating BA for awhile and have been looking at reviews for Dr Placik. You just gave me a little more confidence...I will prob call for a consultation soon. I hope you have a speedy recovery and keep us all updated.

Super tired today. POD# 3

Had my first f/u appointment with MY PS Nurse. She's awesome. Pulled my pain pump today, took off my CG and my old foam dressings that were starting to get stinky. I have a very large blister to my left breast where it was liposuctioned and a lot of redness on both breasts. Not sure from what. Still can't see my what my TT incision looks like. But my belly button looks adorable. Also, I would like to say how wonderfully amazing my husband has been. I could not do this without him!!! Having a hard time staying awake typing, so good evening for now ladies. Feel free to ask any questions.

Wow! Anymore updates? Let me know how your recovery is going. I scheduled my procedure for the end of December. Happy Healing!

Looking great so far, how are you doing this week x
October 13, 2017
Hi, thanks for asking how I'm doing. It's been up and down this week. I had my 1 week post op appointment on Tuesday and the PS says I'm doing great from his perspective! So that's good. I'm having a lot of back spasms and abdominal tightness that's making it difficult to be up for any good length of time. My one drain is out! And he has me wearing just very light compression now. I'm so ridiculously swollen and the area on my left breast and right thigh that blistered are quite painful. I'm really happy with the way my breasts are looking! The nurse at the PS office told me my breasts are long to look "freaking awesome" when they're all healed up so that was nice to hear :). I'm off all Narcotics, just taking Tramadol and Tylenol. Not gonna lie, I miss my 3 hour long Norco induced naps! Lol. So that is the update. I should probably just post this on my wall too! I'll have to ale some pictures later today when my husband gets home.
