I have been wanting to be this for years. I told my hundred when we saved enough, I would do it. I didn't want to feel guilty. I always put my family first. I think that's being a mom. I just had my surgery yesterday. I feel ok! I am battling the pain killers and be nauseous. I am following my doctors instructions to a T. BTW, my husband has been a amazing nurse.

Hi! Dr. Clark is doing mine in 11 days! How's your recovery going? I'm so nervous.

My recovery is going great so far. I really like Dr. Clark. She listened to what I wanted and I showed her pictures. I didn't know my size until after surgery and I like that. She knew what I wanted and what was right for my body. She called my husband the night of surgery to check on me. I am following her instructions and it is helping. I was beyond nervous. I kept having what if I die dream. Well I did wake up and I love them so far. Dr. Clark will take good care of you. Also, her staff is amazing.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I'm having severe anxiety, keep thinking what if I die. I feel so selfish, even though I know I'm being ridiculous. I have 10 days to go but I keep thinking I wish it was tomorrow. So I can get it over with and stop all the worry. How many cc's did she end up using if you don't mind me asking? When I showed her at pre-op what I wanted to look like she told me I would need 475-525 cc which sounds huge to me! But I also want to go big enough so I don't have any regrets.

I felt all the same things. My husband kept reminding me all that I do for our family and that I need to do something for myself. I got 305cc and 355cc. I showed her what I liked and said I want what right for my body. I started out with a C cup so I think the size she did is perfect for me.

Your husband sounds amazing. I may go smaller, the bigger you go the harder the healing. You had great boobs before even, nice full C. I'm a super deflated C. Keep us posted on your recovery, and thanks for responding!

If you have any questions, please ask away. I know the feelings your having and it helps talking to someone who has recently been through it. Keep me posted too.

Day 2

I am feeling good. I have a lot of bruising and am swollen, but I knew that would happen. My left arm keeps falling asleep. I am not sure what that is all about, but I will call my doctor on Monday. I am not too worried about it.

Day 6

User Avatar

On day 6 and having some ups and downs. I bruised really bad. I sent pictures to my doctor and she reassured me that I do not have a hematoma. I was getting a little nervous. I am on a blood thinner due to blood clots running in my family history. So that is a factor with the bruising. Plus, I bruise so easily it's sad. Unfortunately, it has been bugging me. Plus my left breast keeps tightening up and getting hard. I was told that was normal too. All part of the healing process. I need to just be patient and let my body heal.

They actually look really great. They're not all square and deformed like most look in the first few weeks. I only hope mine look as good as yours after 6 days.
