WORTH IT
I am absolutely loving the results. It looks so natural, like it was made for my face. I always hated that hump and it still surprises me when I see my profile. Even the front view of my face looks more balanced. I have been getting very minor bleeding in my nose, nothing that runs out, just a very dry inside. Feels like all the scabs have come off. I have been using saline spray to help keep it moisturized. Other than the dryness, Ive had no complications. Healing has been going really well. It is slightly more swollen on the left than the right, but hopefully that evens out soon. Most of my swelling in the upper part of my nose has subsided. Most of it consists in the tip now, which is to be expected. That part takes the longest to go down. Next update will be at 6 months! Cant wait to go in a get pictures and compare my before and after.

Cast off
Got the cast off, was slightly uncomfortable considering how tender the nose is. Totally bareable though, very oily under the cast. Thankfully didn’t break out too bad. My nose is still incredibly swollen. I hope it continues to go down the next few days so I can go back to work without worry. Oh well if it doesn’t!

Very happy with my choice to go with Dr. Vander Woude. He made me feel very comfortable that he could make my nose suit my face better. I had a dorsal hump that protruded very far out. I wanted a more feminine nose and so far so good. I swell up quite excessively, I was a bit concerned, the doctor reassured me I was okay. He was right because it is almost all down! Getting the cast off in a couple days and looking forward to it. Even with the cast on I can tell my face is more balanced. I will keep updated.
