I had to have two series of treatments to have the results I wanted. My fat was isolated and it didn't matter how much exercise I did....the fat wasn't budging. When the applicators were applied there is a bit of pain but it goes away quickly once the fat starts freezing. After the procedure my stomach and thighs had a bit of tingling for a couple of day's after but I had no pain. Great recovery and am pleased with my results and the office I chose to go to.

That's how I felt too but I didn't want lipo since it's expensive and will just the skin saggy. With coolsculpting since the results are 30-90 days it gives your skin time to shrink with it so it doesn't say. I did alot of research and talked to A LOT of plastic surgeons and medical spas. In the end I decided to do it but I decided to go to a medical spa. They weren't pushy like the surgeons
