I was tired of not fitting into clothes, not finding bras, and the weight on my body. I was a size G and I was tired of my shoulders hurting and also the sagging. I am now a small D and my breasts are lifted and I no longer have the weight on my shoulders and I can fit into clothes and I even went down a size in shirts. The best thing I have done for myself.

Any wound healing issues? How long did you just stay home on the couch? I am 45 and fit. Still so worried about my age.

No would healing issues at all. I was home for 2 weeks, but only because the 2nd week I had the flu. The recovery was very smooth and easy. I did exactly what they told me and never had an issue. if you are considering it at all, just do it! its the best decision I made.
you are in a compression bra for awhile, and that helps with any soreness.
You won't regret it.

I waited a week. and the only thing that bothered me was the seatbelt, because i was still a little sore. but i would just follow your dr's procedure on what they feel is best :)
