I decided I should probably share my experience since I've poured over so many pics and reviews here myself.
I've always had large breasts: 34d, but after breastfeeding two children for a year each, they just aren't what they used to be. I like to refer to them as tube socks now! They don't fill out my bras anymore and it's quite embarrassing to walk around my house bra less.
My journey began in June with a friend who was getting hers revised. I went along for a consult in hopes that a modest implant could give me a little extra lift and upper pole fullness that I was needing.
While my PS agreed, a small implant could help, he also said I had some ptosis and a small lift would help. I was totally against a lift not wanting the vertical scars. He understood and said I could always see what the implants did and have the lift later.
Of course because I have larger breasts to begin with no one could understand why I would do it. It was frustrating! So I took to this site to see who I could find in my same boat.
Originally I wanted to schedule for November but didn't want to hassle with it over the holidays. I also decided for one more consult and opted for a periaeolear lift to get the look I wanted.
Doc says I'm a B; maybe c and with a 205/280 implant will be a full C; small d. My left breast is almost a cup size bigger because my ribs on that side sit up higher.
I just hope I end up like my 3D insured and not too big. I'm currently a fit 5'3" 125 pounds.
Surgery is tomorrow and I'm not too nervous. My PS has prescribed recovery vitamins and supplements for the past 3 weeks. Tomorrow after surgery I'll begin the Arnica.
Wish me luck! Any last minute tips?

Wow! I feel like I'm reading my own story. I'm currently a 34d (all skin!!) as well so a lot of girlfriends can't understand why I want to do this. It's the sagginess I want to fix. They've never seen me naked! Like you, I'm embarrassed without a bra around the house. BEST OF LUCK in your surgery and recovery. I look forward to your updates!!! My first consultation is this afternoon so I'm right behind ya!

May I ask who your doc was? I'm also living in this area.

Thanks for sharing your "before" photos. They will be great to have for your comparison after surgery.

Post op day 1

Today was the big day! Arrived at the surgery center at noon and was wheeled into surgery by 1:00!
My nerves began to get to me when they called me back for pre-op. I told the nurse that I'm a big chicken and to please get the IV right the first time. She did well! Got my IV going along with some anti-nausea meds. Doc was ahead of schedule so pre-op went so fast. Probably a good thing since there was no time to think.
Went to OR and was given oxygen and that's the last I remember before waking up in recovery. Surgery was 2 hours with another 2 hours in recovery. Woke up feeling fine.
Ended up with 190/280 and a periaeolear lift. Had some extra skin and have yet to find out exactly how that was handled. Hoping doc will call soon. Took a norco at 3:30 to stay ahead of the pain and will take another in a bit after I eat. Hoping to get some rest after.
No major pain yet. Chest feels a bit tight. Left side is more sore, but that's the side that needed most work. Feels like a pulled muscle or like lifting chest hard at the gym. Expecting more soreness in AM.
