The no bra things is a little more difficult than what I thought it would be. Holy cow that is a lot of weight hanging off your chest with no support. Had a few funnies. Trying to figure out how to close the back end of your SUV when you didn't order it with the auto shut. What would I ever need that for - duh!

Went to my 1 week post op appointment. I have some homework, no more slouching. It sure does hurt to straighten my back. The chest muscles are very sore. Still 5 lb weight limit and no exercise. Everything looks great though. I finally get to burn that awful surgical bra!!!! YAY!! The Centre for Plastic Surgery in Grand Rapids has been amazing. The doctors are wonderful and the nurses are caring. I had a recovery nurse that remembered me come out to say hi.

No under the muscle. They need to drop. I have read different reviews and it just depends on the PS.
