I have wanted to do breast augmentation since in my 20's, but opted to wait until after I had children. I am glad I did as my breasts changed. I am currently a 34B but have lost volume. I would like my final size to be a full C/small D. I am 5'6" and weigh 145 lbs. I am going with saline under the muscle. My consultant recommends at least 400cc.
