I have wanted implants for a long time. I never felt my hips matched my body because my chest was so small. I was a small 30C/32B to begin with, and the goal was a small 32D.
Originally I tried on 325cc sizers, but it was very hard to imagine what they would look like as the sizers were very wide for me and the try-on bra was also huge for my ribcage. I put a lot of trust in my doctor to decide what size would give me the look I wanted, and he ordered 3 sizes of implants to try on for surgery.
I am one day post surgery and loving the outcome so far! My team went with 385cc TRF high profile silicone implants. Unfortunately, I am in a lot of pain, including upper back pain, but that seems to be standard for this procedure. I added before and after pictures from my surgery day. I will continue to post updates.

Inspiration size for my implants
These are the inspiration boobs for my implants. This model has the same body and band size measurements as me. Even though I tried on 325cc sizers that were very hard to imagine as real boobs, my doctor thought the 385cc TRF high profile implants would get me the most similar look to her.
Day 2 Post Op
I am more swollen than I was yesterday. Again, I had 385cc TRF high profile silicone implants put in under the muscle. My rib cage measurement is 28in. The tape and gauze have given me a slight rash, so I removed them since I have not had any bleeding. I'm icing constantly and continuing pain meds. I am allowed to starts showering tomorrow, and I have to keep the surgical bra on for 12 more days. (Only took off for pictures)
