I have always wanted a Breast Augmentation, many friends have done this and are happy and now it's my turn. This will be the first improvement, eventually I will do TT and Lipo on legs. I have worked out like it was an obsession for the past 30 years and finally occurred to me that won't help anymore than keeping me fit. I had surgery this Morning and will try to post pictures, it seems the picture posting is the hardest part on this website

I am curious if you got a lift with the implant. I do not see any scars where a lift would have taken place. I am asking only because Dr. Leppink is also doing my BA in March and I am on the fence about adding a lift. My breasts are similar to yours, just a bit larger. Your implants look great without a lift so I'd be very pleased with those results.

I feel alot of pain with movement. I am very muscular so Dr told my sister that will increase blood flow to that area. still swollen using ice, Tylenol celebrex, and muscle relaxor. I will post a picture of the new girls tomorrow, which is when I'm allowed to take this bra and strap off my chest for a shower.

2nd day post op. allowed to shower and 1st look
Feels so good to have the strap off even for just a few minutes to shower. Left side us a little high. Only taking muscle relaxor and acetaminophen, Norco only at night. Still very tight, have been sleeping in a recliner, which is helpful.
