I've always been small chested- about 32 B and I hated it... But after having kids and nursing them both, my breast size was constantly increasing and decreasing- which made them loose a ton of volume and created a noticeable asymmetry.
I have wanted implants for a long time, but now That I'm done having kids, it's the perfect time to get them!

Finally the day of surgery. So excited, nervous, anxious but mostly just excited :)
Dr. Went with 405cc round silicone implants MP. Bigger than I thought but I am sooooo happy! Perfect size and so far awesome results.

Day 2

kitkat0928
Everything was going good on day two, had a follow-up appointment before heading home, went shopping a little, and when i got home, I tried to remove my shirt so I could take a nap and I somehow managed to get tangled in my shirt... I lifted my arms up too high and felt a ton of pressure on my incision. I went to look in the mirror afterwords and saw some blood coming out from the the steristrips just on my right side. I panicked and called the Dr. Office (after hours) and was able to reach my surgeon and he had me come in the next morning to have it cleaned and resealed. Luckily- I didn't rip open any stitches- just tore a tiny part where my skin comes together on the incision. I started taking an antibiotic that same day to avoid the risk of infection and my Dr. Cleaned it and used a type of skin glue on both incisions.
I was horrified thinking I ruined something... But it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was!
Pain level on day 2 was about a 3-6 at times depending on my movement.
