48, 4 Kids and Finally Getting Tummy Tuck!!! - Grand Rapids, MI

I am a mother of four grown kids and currently a size 2-4, 128-133 lbs., 5'5", non-smoker, workout 3-6 times a week and I am in very good health. I have wanted a TT for several years and I am finally ready to move forward(Also getting lipo of flanks). No matter how much I work out nor how much weight I may lose I cannot get my abdomen back to pre-baby condition! Most of my friends are surprised that I would do this because I am very thin, but I am doing this because the excess skin and messed up belly button really bother me. My husband is very supportive of my choice but says he is happy with things just as they are. This is all about my satisfaction with my body.
I have read many reviews on RS and did my research on docs and found a great PS in Grand Rapids, Dr. Brad Bengtson. I have met with him twice now and I have a lot of confidence in him. His staff is professional and he is very personable....not something you always find in a doctor. A very close family friend (also a doctor) recommended Dr. Bengtson and after meeting with other docs and reviewing credentials and before and after pics, I know I have made the right choice.
I have scheduled my surgery, made the down payment and my husband and I have collected the supplies. Only 3 weeks until the big day and I am definitely getting nervous. I have read a lot of reviews on RS and noticed that many of you were anxious/nervous prior to the actual surgery so I am trying to relax about it.
It was very difficult to post my before pics but I know how much it helped me in the decision process to see everyone else's before and after pics.

Initially I had planned on having augmentation done at the same time as the TT and lipo, but then changed my mind because I was concerned about being larger than I wanted. I saw Dr. Bengtson for a second consult and he suggested that I have a fat transfer instead of implants. He told me that this would be my only opportunity to do the fat transfer because of the lipo and not enough fat elsewhere to transfer, but I panicked and decided to only do the TT and lipo. Well, now I am re-thinking the fat transfer and I cannot decide what to do. I am currently a 34a and do not want to be more than a full b cup. I am small framed and I do not want to feel fat or top heavy. I would like my breast to be fuller on the top and be somewhat "perkier", but I am not unhappy with them right now. However, if they can be better then why not? I called the office to see if it was still a possibility to add the fat transfer to the surgery and Elizabeth said I could still do it. Any thoughts?

I decided to do the fat transfer. I will post the dreaded before pics this week so everyone can get a good idea of before and after. I'm getting pretty nervous about all of it but I am trying to not freak out too much!!!! :-(
