I was in desperate need of a mommy makeover. After having four children, I had loose skin, stretch marks, and saggy breast. I was miserable in my own skin, so I decided to do something about it. I researched several plastic surgeons/facilities; Plastic Surgery Associates stood out the most. I love that their facility is in the Amway Grand Hotel; it gives you a sense of privacy. The facility and personnel are very nice. It doesn't feel stuffy like a typical doctor's office. Dr. Alfonso performed my surgery. He was truly blessed with a wonderful gift. I am so pleased with my results.

Thank you so much. I got 380 cc of silicone, underneath the muscle. Couldn't be happier. They're starting to settle nicely.
