I have seen several surgeons over the last 10 years in hopes of finally being able to schedule my explant procedure. The physician I finally selected completely understands my desire to have the implants removed and truly listened to me. She informed me a lift was not necessary which saved money and prevented excess scarring and recovery time. Other doctors I have seen wanted to put implants back in, one surgeon suggested larger implants and I was told I would not want explants without a lift! I have been so miserable for so long I wasn't going to pay to have another surgery that did not represent my wishes!
