Like many others, I've stalked this site for the last couple of months while making my decision to move forward with my BA. After trying to persuade my husband to agree to this for like forever, I've finally gotten the go ahead! I breastfed my now five year old twins and gained 80 lbs during pregnancy. Considering that I was only an A/Small B cup size before pregnancy with some asymmetry going on, I desperately need this. I've worked hard to lose the baby weight and have finally reached my pre-pregnancy weight. Since we know that we aren't having any more kiddos, it is finally time!

Here are my before pics. Again, barely an A/Small B pre-pregnancy, after gaining a substantial amount of weight with my twins and breastfeeding, barely a full A. As seen in the pics, I also have a significant amount of asymmetry as well.

Consultation & Sizing, exciting stuff!

So, I am using Dr. Goshorn of Memphis for my BA. He comes highly recommended from about 10 of my very close friends. After meeting him during my consult, my husband and I both fell in love with him and decided that he was the perfect one to perform the procedure.
Actually, everyone if the office was very pleasant, reassuring, and helpful as we maneuvered our way throughout the process.
Upon calling the office, we were booked for our consult the following week. Since I had already done a considerable amount of research and reading on the procedure, this made me very happy. Not sure if I mentioned before, but we are moving 14 hours away in the next 6 weeks. So, I either needed to have this done here locally with someone personally recommended or wait to get moved and find someone in our new hometown. But again, after meeting Dr. Goshorn, we knew this was the best decision for us.
During our sizing visits (it took two to finally decide) we choose the moderate mentor silicon gel with 500cc in the right and 550 in the left. Still going back and forth as to whether or not this is a tad too large. I have very wide hips that can be seen in the pics. I've always been very pear shaped, so I was hoping to finally achieve a more hour glass figure. Would love to hear any opinions.:)
