6 Month and Final Update

WORTH IT$23,000
I am still very happy. There does seem to be some minor swelling in the tip, but that is to be expected. The lip lift scar is much lighter now and looks almost as good as it was before surgery :) I can easily cover it with makeup.
The bridge has not dropped or shrank, there is zero pain, I had had no complications. This is my final update and I do not anticipate any major changes going forward. Thanks for reading!

Stunning results!!! Congratulations! How long did you wait after your second rhinoplasty to have the 3rd surgery?
7 years. I went back and forth on whether to do it.
You are beautiful and your nose is gorgeous. I live in south florida so I am looking for an accomplished surgeon where I live. They all seem to have great reviews and the pictures generally look the same.
23000 !!! that's a huge number !! i did my revision in turky and only paid $4900

4 Month Update

The swelling continues to decrease and I can see more of the definition and refined shape. The tip and bridge have not dropped (something I was afraid would happen). I still tape my nose every night, and likely do so until November/December. What I appreciate about the rhinoplasty and lip lift is that is added balance to my mid face. Before, I would look at my photos and think something was slightly off. My nose was short, so because I have strong cheekbones it looked like my face was large. I feel that having a longer nose takes some attention away from some of my "stronger" features and now more attention is drawn to my eyes. I am still very happy at 4 months. November will make it 6 months post and I will meet with Dr. Layke.
The best money I have ever spent on cosmetic surgery. I feel so much more confident. I've graduated and lost some weight :). This was performed at an important point in my life and I shared with Dr. Layke what a good result would mean to me. I felt heard and acknowledged.

I agree with your comments. Not only is your nose more refined, it affected the combination of your features in a positive way. Amazing to think a nose can have that effect.
Without a doubt. I think the nose is a central feature that can help enhance or detract. I knew as soon as the cast was removed that this was a subtle (yet major) improvement.

3 Month Update: Still Happy

Now that the swelling continues to decrease, I am even more pleased with the outcome. I like the height of the bridge, and my nose suits my face. No one could tell I have had cosmetic surgery-it looks natural.

Perfect! you have gorgeous eyes and features.
Thank you.
it seems like a complex revision, well-done to the surgeon for a sterling job. How did he revise the scar tissue? do you know what was done to improve the bulbosity.
As far as I know, he needed to cut the prior implant and scar tissue out. To improve the bulbousness, he added grafts. The rib cartilage graft made a great deal of difference in how flat the nose looked.
Wow. Your new nose looks perfect and natural. No nostril showing; perfectly straight nasal bridge and the curve of the bridge is natural for an Asian face. It is perfect without overdone.
