Dr. Merten was super professional and down to earth. He didn't give me unrealistic expectations and explained everything that would potentially happen. He's up to date with surgical techniques and likes to keep cost down for his patients. I am super happy with my result. I had two surgeries performed by him. The second one was a free revision to achieve and even more aesthetically pleasing result. Top bloke and his receptionists are great!
