Motivation was to improve self confidence/ eliminate self consciousness. The surgery went really well. Recovery wasn't bad at all. I had a bandage on for about a week (with a fiberglass cast), some bruising that went away in less than a week. Overall, the surgery accomplished everything I hoped it would and I am very happy with the results.
