WORTH IT$2,430
I've been doing alot of research on Coolsculpting and of course as with everyone else, am very hopeful. My thoughts when deciding to proceed were looking at the stats. According to this website, 83% of people said it was worth it. Thats significant. Of course, when you read the negative reviews you just pray that wont be you. I feel guilty for spending this kind of money. Although, losing 100 lbs through diet and exercise over 4 years and then getting pregnant, I somewhat feel I deserve this. Areas of concentration are inner thighs and arms. If this turns out well, I may consider back/bra area. These are tough areas and let me tell you, I work out 5 to 6 days per week and am a personal trainer by trade. I am getting this done as we speak. My first thoughts were there isnt as much suction as you would expect for me the most uncomfortable part now is the cooling. It was stinging for the first 10 to 12 min easy. Who knows this could be a more sensitive area. Well I will keep you posted with progress and updates. I will change my review later if it was worth it and I hope so!

Awe, well I can see a difference in your pics. I know its only been a couple months but dont give up yet, still double the time left! If you're not pleased at that point have you considered doing another cycle?
September 8, 2016
aww thanks for giving me hope :) I think I will wait til the 3-4 month mark to decide if I want to get another cycle. Though I think I need to see a more drastic change from now to 2 months. I feel paying another $1500 for a second round, I'd be practically paying for lipo

I know what you mean. They told me that the amount of time also has to do with how fast your metabolism is. So you can do things like increase water, do HIIT and strength train. I am gonna try to stay on top of my exercise and diet even tighter. Like doing arm exercises to get the blood flowing to that area. Keep plugging along. At the bare minimum the exercise and diet will reduce fat, build muscle and therefore you will look better regardless!

Oh wanted to ask you if you got 1 hr per arm or 30min?
September 13, 2016
I got the new 35 min applicators. Allegedly they have seen better results in less time but who knows they probably just say that lol

oh i got that new ones too! supposedly better results and less complaints about post pain. I just came back from my 2 followup appt and about to write an update

I have discussed Coolsculpting with 3 different offices in SLC. All three have told me that each treatment will acheive approx. 25% fat loss. So if you do the math, you will need 5 treatments for each area to achieve 76% loss of the original fat. The best price in the SLC area that I've found is $500 for each treatment area. Add it up, you will spend a ton of money just to rid yourself of 76% fat. Plus all 3 Dr's told me that you may also need a surgical procedure when you are done to rid yourself of the flabs of excess skin (more cost). But of course is you are one of the 130lb or less women leaving comments, no worries about that. However anyone heavier, beware.

One week post

jsmart84
Hi, its been a little over a week. Nothing much to report. I didnt experience any post pain in the treated areas (arms and inner thighs). I have a little numbness in the treated area of the arms but not thighs. I would say the only slight pain/discomfort I experienced was during and right after the procedure. Even that lasted only 15-30 minutes. Again, this is just my experience thus far. I plan to post pictures at the two week mark and possibly every two weeks thereafter.
Thx!

2 Weeks Post

Hi all,
Its been 2 weeks since procedure. Please excuse the choppy photos. I have to take them myself then put parts together ect. So far I definitely see an improvement in my arms and am very pleased. Although the left arm seems to have a little more than right. I have to wonder if that was due to human error in placement. Hopefully not we will see as more time passes. As far as inner thighs, not as remarkable as of yet. Ive been drinking alot of water and still exercise 5 to 6 days and track cals. Ive lost about 1 lb since last photots. Im still 7 lbs prepregnancy so I will be pursuing my goal during this time. One thing I want to add from original post is that the nurse did do a post massage of treated area after procedure. Just make sure to go to a credible provider vs these "spas" which may offer big discounts. I went to a highly reputable plastic surgery office in the area that's done several treatments ect. Anyways thanks for reading!

Curious if you've seen more improvement in both arms and thighs?
October 7, 2016
So not too much more in arms and a little bit in thighs. I know im slacking on the photos. Man if i could afford to do both one more time i would. I may in the future though. Ill post some pics soon. My month follow up was moved til next week which is 5 weeks bc im doing to do bra area. That will be a challenging photo to take lol

Can't wait at least to see your photos at 5 weeks! haha I know don't we all wish we had unlimited money to get whatever we want ;) I'm hoping over the next 1-2 months I get further tightening of my arms. The place I went to said some patients still see changes up to 6 months because the collagen building and tightening takes longer.
