4 month update on breast implants and tummy tuck

Well I couldn’t be happier with my 375cc round implants, breast lift and tummy tuck! I’m enjoying going to the gym and wearing anything I want! Just went to Thailand and bought 5 pairs of bikinis!
The tummy tuck pain was worse than childbirth and I’m still a bit numb under my belly button but it’s all worth it for a flat stomach! I’m making sure I maintain my weight at 68-69kg, I’m 174cm, aged 43.
My abs are still sensitive and I won’t do any chest exercises as it just feels weird in my boobs haha. I also gave up pull-ups, chin-ups and pushups.
Our kids have grown up, aged 20 and 18 and this is my time now. Finally I have my 18 year old body back!

4 weeks post op - tummy tuck, breast lift and aug. very happy!

Well I'm very happy with how things are going. Thank God I'm happily back at the gym. This week, 15 mins stair climber, 30 mins treadmill most days. Rode bike and walked again at the beach yesterday. I'll be so happy when I can go back to weight training!

Really used to sleeping on my back now even though I never did previously in my whole life.

I still feel tender and swollen in my abdomen and have had a pain on side of my left breast almost from day one. I remember trying to get out of bed and the whole implant felt like it shifted so I'm guessing I pulled a muscle.

Stomach is very flat in the morning and very swollen at night which I know is to be expected.

I wear the binder 24/7 except when at the gym and I also wear the bras the surgeon provided (even though they are so ugly haha). as I can't find anything more comfortable. ????

3 weeks post op!

All going really well. Can't wait to get back to the gym but trying to wait so I don't wreck anything. Not feeling any pain but do feel my stomach is really swollen as the day goes on. I'm still really tired but as I have mild Lupus and Sjrogens autoimmune diseases, this is to be expected.

I found Dr Layt to be a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon who would get directly to the point when speaking while being happy to answer any questions that I had. I liked that he used the Vectra system where they took photos of my breasts then showed us on the big TV what they would look like. I had no idea what size I wanted but I did tell him I wanted to be a D cup and not too big as I like exercising. I knew he'd choose the right size and type for my frame to look aesthetically pleasing. While Dr Layt has no time for small talk, everything ran like clockwork and I was well informed and knew exactly what to expect. He only spent a few minutes on each morning visit in the hospital but there wasn't much to discuss so that was understandable. It was comforting to me that all of his staff were really professional and I felt comfortable calling or emailing with any questions that I had.
