First post here, even though I have been lurking this community for 2 years!
I am finally booked in so I thought I would write my first post. I am just under 3 weeks away from my surgery dated on 24th October, Gold Coast Australia. I am getting fat transfer to the breasts from my upper and lower abdomen.
Since I had my 2nd child I haven't been happy with how my body changed. My babies were big!!
My full perky B cups went to a small B, almost A cup on right side.
After breast feeding 2 kids and loosing weight I felt like I lost all my breast tissue. I am hoping for a bit more symmetry and be a fuller size B, C cup would be a bonus but I am looking for a more natural look and feel.
Also since having 2 kids my little tummy pouch hasn't budged, despite working out (hard!) and eating clean I got so disappointed at this stubborn fat that won't go and some loose skin (it's not that bad but it bothers me). It finally got me so depressed when someone asked if I was pregnant (how rude!) and I decided I needed to do something about it.. I was so so embarrassed.
I started to research options for Lipo or laser treatments and I was so excited to hear about the Fat Grafting option as it could shift my tummy fat and put it to good use!
I've read lots of reviews, and done research and I am happy with my choice and hope I am thrilled with the outcome..
I know the risks of the fat dissolving and that some people were disappointed with their results and 'wanting more' at this stage I am keeping my expectations realistic of the result and if it improves my waist line and gives me a bit more fullness in the chest than I hope I will be happy!!
Would love to hear from and connect with any other women who are getting this surgery done.
The most thing I am worried about is the recovery!! How on earth am I going to last in a post op garment in Spring (it gets hot here) with 2 kids and try to them off me.. hmm
I will post pre-operation photos in the next few weeks - eeek so excited and SO NERVOUS.

Surgery is tomorrow!!

Feeling all of the nerves for tomorrow's surgery. I'm excited it's finally here but also nervous about the surgery and recovery process.
I've taken my first pre-op photos, the lighting is pretty crappy but it's made me realize how significant the size difference is in my boobs! So I'm really hoping we can get them to look a bit more even

I'm very keen to see your progress and if you recommend thus surgeon as I am looking to have this procedure done. Very few in Australia who are doing it.

Yes I agree! Very hard to find info and reviews in Australia! I’m happy to post my progress, currently 7 days post today and still swollen and bruised but I’ll post more pics in a week or 2.

Surgery is all done and I’m starting to feel the post op pain now. So have just taken some painkillers as the original sedation is wearing off.
Here is some post op pics fresh from surgery! Very swollen and sore but I’m happy with how my breasts are looking already, can’t wait for them to soften.

Results will be apparent after 3 mths. Day 1 post surgery may look awesome, but no way can results be judged yet. Not like implants which do show results instantly.
