Over exfoliated spa peel and microderm? Permanent damage?? Help!

Hi I'm a 34 yrs old female , have fair and sensitive skin. Some sun damage and fine lines around the corners of my mouth, large pores, and some broken capillaries on my cheeks- no acne. I only use Clinique mild cleanser with Josie Maran 100% argon oil and sometimes her Unsented Be True facial whipped argon oil. I have PCOS and shave the hair on my face for now, until I can afford to do laser/electrolysis. I shaved the hair off my lower lip/chin area and upper lip and then went and had a glycolic peel at a spa a couple hrs later. Since then the area I shaved has been AWFUL- dry and flakey, even the lower outline of my bottom lip and two spots on my upper lip are chapped. The lady at the spa gave me some samples to try since I said my skin is still dry w the products I use. Those products were: Cosmetic Skin Solutions wash, B5 Masque, & phyto gel. I used those products and really liked them, but nothing helped the chapped, dry skin on my upper and lower lip/ chin area. I was scheduled to come back for a facial and Bt micro in 7 days. I asked if I should still come and sent a pic of my flaky skin and was told yes that she would do a treatment not another peel. I went and we did microderm, which has removed most of the dead skin, but that area is SOOOO chapped and dry. For about 5 days after the peel my skin on my cheeks was also very red and inflamed after I washed it and put the other products on it. I'm back to using just my Clinique and argon oil, w the B5 masque, and aquaphore for my lips. The rest of my skin is looking and feeling amazing. I'm concerned bc everything I've read says DO NOT pick at the flaky skin & I want to know if the microderm damaged me worse/ possibly permanently? I am scheduled next week for another microderm and I honestly feel like it's just too much on my sensitive skin. She thinks bc of my upper and lower lip/chin that I may not be able to handle peels (we left it on 3 mins). I think it's just bc I shaved those areas prior to going. I've read these treatments should be spaced 2 weeks apart. Are these the best treatments for me to get rid of the lines and even skin tone? Please any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Suggestions on what to put on the chapped area and my lips? Thank you in advance.

It will eventually subside. Keep moisturizing it. I would NOT suggest any acidic products on that area
I personally use coconut oil or olive oil before bed.
