How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Not complete
My treatment is not complete. I now have to wear rubber bands to adjust my overbite. I just wish that the doctor communicated with me. He just added these rubber bands and said to wear them at all times. It’s was my fault for not questioning and asking right then and there. When I went back, I asked him about it. Not necessarily because I was doubting the procedure, but because I wanted to know what was happening since this was never discussed in the initial plan. They added metal brackets in the back of my teeth so that I could hook rubber bands to it. It’s painful but I really don’t mind. If it’s part of the treatment, let’s go for it. I don’t have an idea of when this will be done, (my dentist does not either). I am just hoping it will be soon because these rubber bands are very intrusive.

Designer Smiles
My Orthodontist has been wonderful so far. He lets you know what he is doing and why. Explains procedures to you. The staff is also very nice and professional.
