Typo in previous post!

I meant "wouldn't" damage my nose! Grigoryants would ruin his wonderful work! Disregard the bad typo, so simple of a mistake but totally different meanings. Yikes!

First follow-up appointment since cast removal!

I'm just a few days shy of the one month mark! Every day gets better and I feel more and more like myself. So far I am very pleased with the results. I saw Dr. Grigoryants today and he did some rigorous pushing and pressing on my nose. I was SO scared. I was waiting to hear it snap or crack but man is my nose strong and sturdy! He reassured me he would damage my nose but it was uncomfortable. He did this to sculpt the nose after pushing some swelling out. I trust him so I just let him do his job. He went over my before pictures and explained what the de-projecting of my nose did to my features. It's amazing how much re shaping a nose could make someone look so much better. I also asked him if he could summarize my procedure and he was nice enough to go through the whole report with me and even draw some pictures to better understand what he did. I am so glad he took care of my poor nose. Not only was he faced with a crumbly nasal bone but paper thin septum cartilage! Yet, he was able to take care of it in order to give me beautiful results but at the sane time prevent collapse. This man's expertise amazes me. So glad I chose him. I go back for another follow up in four months! :D

22 Days Post-op Update!

So far so good! Every day my nose looks better. The swelling is still very present which is why I leave the tapes on for the day. My nose looks so refined and it is starting to grow on me. My nostrils seem to be evening out and the avatar look is almost gone. I have been able to breathe through my nose but gets build up rather quickly since it's still swollen in there and I believe I still have a few dissolvable stitches hanging around. The tip of my nose feels tight and hard since it's still swollen, I know that'll take the longest to swell down. Breathing feels like having a cold, it gets runny every now and then and itches a bit. I've been having this weird sensation in my right eye like allergies. In the morning only, it is teary and itchy and annoying because I have to keep wiping tears away. It takes me back to the recovery days where my eye got so swollen. I am looking forward to the skin on my nose looking good and clear again. Tomorrow I'll be seeing Dr. Grigoryants for my first check up since cast removal! I hope he says it's looking good.

Very nice doctor! Straightforward, trustworthy, confident in his work and puts you at ease because his work speaks for itself. He does not make you feel defected and does not push other procedures on you like other plastic surgeons do/ would. I did not feel the need to seek a second opinion or need options after meeting him. First surgeon that I ever considered coming near my nose and hopefully that last! If I were to ever consider any other procedure, I'd go to him again. Let's just say I'm a fan of his work.
