I decided to try medium (4mm) PermaLip soft silicone implants in my lips. My lips were fine before, but I think I will like this. Contemplated the idea for two years and kept a lip fund for one year. Didn't need to wait long at all to sry up my appointment. Family supported my nose job but not this.

Yours look great! My lip size and shape was like yours before and I went with the 5mm. I'm wishing I would have went with the 4 mm becuase my lips now appear a little stretched out and didn't heal even. If I ever redo them I think I will go with the 4mm.
