I live here in Maryland and had my eyebrows tattoo by Melba at Swan Permanent Cosmetics . She was super sweet and kind and made sure I was leaving 100% happy . The procedure was virtually pain free and I felt great knowing she was using high tech equipment . It was this tiny need she just press to give me precise hair strokes

What's consider the Manual Method ?? She used this machine that she just pressed a button to give you fine lines like hair , she says it new . I know it's not a reg tattoo machine
Manual method is a tool that has no electricity. It is more of a scrape rather than a push in the skin. Search permanent makeup manual method and you will see it. I wish I had done that to begin with. It is very fine and in the right hands looks as close to natural as possible. I believe it requires more skill than rotary or coil because it is actually drawn onto your skin rather than depositing into the skin. I am not an expert but I have had both done and the manual looked more natural on my skin. It is difficult to see in photos over the mistakes that have been made on my brows, but it has improved the overall look. I am eye brow obsessed and will have my own blog soon called eyebrow obsession.
