Here goes!! I am a 35 yr old mother of 2; I Breastfed my son for 2 years and my daughter for 20 months. I loved nursing and wouldn't trade it for anything, but it left my breasts a very small, deflated B cup. I am 5'6 and 144lbs; very fit and athletic. I have been able to get the rest of my body in amazing shape; but am very self-conscious about my breasts.
I consulted with Dr. DeWire in August and immediately loved him. He took allot of time explaining the transaxilary augmentation process. We discussed size and my fear of going too large. He stated that he will use the largest implant that my tissue will allow as to not distort the breast. We discussed 350 -375 cc saline implants placed under the muscle. He will ultimately decide in the OR. My surgery is just over 2 weeks away! I'm getting super nervous and would love to hear from ladies with similar stats and what your results were. I have slight asymmetry (as you can see in my photos). Dr. DeWire stated that I could get by without a lift as my nipples remain above the crease; if we decide later a lift is needed, this can be done in the office under local anesthesia.
