Dr Dewire or Dr Hochstein
Okay so I've been doin lots of research on this site and now I'm having second thoughts about my surgeon. He doesn't have a lot of reviews and it kinda scares me! I've been looking and really loving results from patients of Dr Hochsteins who is located in Miami. I love in Virginia Beach so I'd have to travel far but he's also 2000 cheaper for some reason? Maybe because there's more competition for surgeons in Miami? Either way the money I save on the procedure could be put towards flight and hotel stay. I mean this is a huge deal and I should just go with my gut right? I just notice Dr Hochstein has hundreds of before and after pictures on his website while Dr Dewire has 15... I'm so conflicted and I haven't even had a consult with Dr Hochstein and I know I would have to do it over the phone but I'm just nervous about traveling and everything. Anyone have a breast augmentation by Dr Dewire or Dr Hochstein who can give me some feedback? Also incision site would be different. Dr Dewire specializes in transaxillary while Dr Hochstein does thru the nipple or breast fold. I thought forever that when I got it done I wanted thru the armpit but now I'm wondering iud that way creats sagging sooner down the road? Had anyone had transaxillary and had a bad experience? Ugh any help would be much appreciated?

After much debate I'm positive I'm going to go with silicone.
At first when I started this whole process I wanted to get small implants so that they were very natural looking and no one could tell I had gotten a breast augmentation. Now reading everyone's stories and looking at everyone's pictures I'm thinking I do want bigger. I went for my consultation expressing I only wanted at the most 300cc, now I'm thinking 400! They just look so great on everyone and with my frame not being petite I'm thinking I can pull then off nicely. Thank you so much everyone for the posts on your stories and for commenting on mine, I'm totally obsessed with this site and reading about everyone's experiences. I can't wait for the big day!

I've always been one of those girls with some junk in the trunk. Obviously I'm not very proportionate. As you can see I have wide hips and a thick lower body. Can't wait till my upper body matches!
