Happy anniversary! Love the neckline of your jumpsuit. Can't wait to wear something that compliments my bustline rather than tries to hide it. You look amazing and the scars seem to be healing well. Pleased for you!

I have extremely sensitive skin and I’ve been doing a lot of research on creams/ointments I can use once I’ve had my op. Apparently one of the best organic oils for healing and scar reduction is 100% organic lavender oil! You could use this with a base oil such as almond oil? Hope you’re feeling well and healing nicely x

Oh really... I haven't gotten to that stage yet but definitely look into it...Thanks hon xx

yeah I’m almost 2 weeks and still pretty swollen, anything you can do to help reduce this?
March 4, 2018
My surgeon prescribe ibrofen as it helps with inflammation... apart from that I think it's normal to be swollen.. I am still swollen but not as much... thou will be 4 weeks post on Wednesday...xx congrats thou and make sure you ain't lifting anything too heavy xx

I’m really swollen too. I’m at 11 days. I pretty sure it’s just the natural part of it.

Feeling a lot better - Dry and Flaky skin

chicbaby6
Whoops.. it's def been a journey despite this is more painful than having a baby without epidural it is worth it..
This week I started driving without a pillow..
I resumed work and trying as much as I can to take it easy... Wednesday when I resumed wasn't good as I was in so much pains
Been taking ibrofen and paracetamol and they seems to be working..
But I only have 3 spots left to heal now... seroma is still there but not as painful and my skin is super dry and flaky... I read about it and it has to be with the surgery.. but overall I am happy

so glad to see your update and very happy to see you are healing so well. It’s so weird how each Dr does things differently. my surgery was Wednesday Thursday past week and she told me to shower starting Thursday. I’ve had zero pain so far but bruised like no one else has. Hppy for you, continue to take care of yourself

I've only just come across your review. I had my surgery yesterday afternoon. (26th Feb). I'm hoping that everything is fine but I know that not everyone's path to recovery is a smooth one. I'm focussing on the fact that that my back pain will be gone, that the deep grooves in my shoulders will fade eventually and that I'll be able to come downstairs braless in my dressing gown for breakfast, without being terrified that I might have to open the door to the postman!!! (He'd probably be more retried than me :)) It looks as if you're healing is on the right path now. Here's to hoping that things will only get better.

Congratulations on your reduction honey... now that the surgery is over rem to take it very easy... I was in pains after a day and I was given tramadol which made me very sleepy.. lots of rest.. and rem no lifting as well.. also you will be swollen and actually I am still swollen so I don't really know what size I am until the swollen reduced... but I tell you it's the best decision.. I am loving my new breast and I think I have only 2/3 openings left on my wound.. I go to my surgeon on Thursday to re dress and check how it is.. I have my full energy back and tomorrow will make it 3 weeks... also I can fit in my tops better now.. I will also follow your progress.. if you are unsure of anything.. please feel free to contact me x
