I never had boobs until I had my first child....

I never had boobs until I had my first child. Loved breastfeeding... think that's why I did it for so long! LOL
I just adored that full feeling and how feminine I felt for the first time!
Now I just feel that I need to be happy with myself. I just turned 46 and if I don't do it now, I never will.
Had my consultation over a week ago and I have my pre-op appointment tomorrow!!! :)
Surgery booked for Thursday 8th June!!!!!
I'm having 400cc round subglandular Mentor gummy bear micro texture silicone implants. Op to be done with local and sedation!!!!!!!!!
I know I'm droopy and lopsided but I'm OCD about feelings....and I cannot imagine having different weights of implants on each side!!!
I'd also worry myself silly that the wrong size was put in the wrong side!!!!
Initially I thought I wanted the anatomical "teardrop" implants and I just talked about them at my consultation. But as soon as I was walking out of the clinic.... I realised that I actually really wanted the round implants.
I want the fullness!
And it's one less thing to worry about.... if the teardrop implant rotates.... yuk
But there's no change if your round implant rotates!! Yay
I am a little worried about what example I am setting for my 12 YO daughter..... I just told her today!

Playing with rice sizers
I am having way too much fun playing with my 400cc rice sizers in different tops!
If I'm this happy with rice sizers I can't imagine the silly grin on my face after Thursday!

Just remember you loose some of the implant when it goes under the muscle. I had 450cc originally and im going up to 650 cc in a few weeks. I want to be a dd. Im a small d right now and my hips still look bigger than my boobs.

I'm just sitting here looking at RD pics and thinking I should go bigger!
Although I'm not going under muscle.... I opted for subglandular as I'm driving to Spain 3.5 weeks post op!
I got the exact dimensions of my Mentor 400ccs at my pre op appointment yesterday and I handled one the same size and it felt good!
It's been so long since I filled a D cup so to jump to a D/DD/E will be huge for me.
Apparently I'm a 36 C just now (if it's all scooped up and held in bra).
My problem is I never saw the need to wear a bra and they have just got droopier and droopier!!! :(
PS said 400cc should give me 2 cup sizes bigger, although they never promise outcome cup size!
I am 5'10" and 189lbs
But I have a smallish rib cage. Nurse measured me at 34" for post op bra!!!
My Mentors are 12.5 base with a 5.3 projection.
Over muscle I hope not to lose any of that !

Only thing i noticed with over the muscle you can usually see the implant and it doesnt look like a real boob.

Luckily I have plenty of skin and mammary gland to cover it.
I'm not a size 0 anymore and don't think I ever will be again!
I swim a lot and go topless on the beaches in Spain.... I'm too scared of the animation deformation that I've seen a lot of here on RS. Where the subpectoral implant is held in place while the arm is raised and the original breast tissue lifts up and it looks strange.
I really want to avoid that happening to me.
Plus subglandular placement is a lot easier to recover from.
We did discuss duel plane but as I am looking for upper pole fullness we decided over muscle was best for me. <3
We are lucky that there are so many options for all our different personal needs and body types [RS bleep]

I just wanted to make you aware so your not dissapointed. I know what you mean about the boob rising...mine does that but too late now. I wasnt aware of that before i had it done. Cant wait to see your outcome. You have alot more now than i had before my surgery. You will have that self esteem back after your surgery. I feel so much more confident since i had my surgery. I had saline put in 2012 and one deflated. Now i have silicone but the doctor put in the wrong size now im going back june 27 to have them bigger. Good luck with your surgery. It was breeze! Dont worry. They put me to sleep and when i woke it was done. I was back working on our farm a week later.

I went with srm inspira. They put in 485 but still to small. Thats why im having 650 put in. I weigh about 155 and im 5.4. Im a 36 d but want a dd.

DD Day has arrived!!!
Well today is the day!
I've been waiting for this day for years. Ever since I decided not to have any more kids!
Had the best nights sleep ever. Unbelievably calm. I'm normally a very nervous person but I'm so sure I'm doing the right thing that I'm totally relaxed.
Although that may change when I'm on the operating table!!! LOL
Hopefully my last tiny boob pics will upload.... I'm in the car atm.

Yes it all went really well. I have added new pics I hope you can see them!
Love my finished result. I get a lot of compliments about how natural they look... so that's cool.
I never wanted the big inyourface fake look... LOL I'm too old for that now!
