Hi , needing major reassurance! I'm booked in next month for my BA and I'm scared that my implant size may be too small and not exceed my expectations. Originally a small 32a with barely in breast tissue but surgeon will only allow 240cc as any bigger would be coming out my arm pit!! We decided moderate profile for more natural look ..can anyone who was or is in the same situation help! I've not spoken to anyone who's had BA and struggling to find before and after photos.
