Dr.Olson said everything looks amazing and I also agree. :) I am so thankful that there was nothing wrong.
My goals are to slowly strengthen my arms and upper pec muscles as well as get my butt into shape! I gained a little weight from the holidays so I want to get fit and eat healthier anyone else gain happy pounds after surgery? I maintained the same weight the whole year until the holidays. I really want to not just have the rockin' bust and stomach but also the tone legs and firm bottom!
Even after a year I am so grateful I did this.

What?! It's been 1 year already!!
Today was strange though and I am wondering what is going on. I have had on and off little twinges of pain in my right breast since I got them done. When I'd massage it it would feel better, I keep dismissing it thinking it is just still the nerves healing and I'd heard it can take 1-2 years for it to completely heal. Today it felt worse. I am about to go for my 1 great check up so I'll call tomorrow and see if it's serious or if I should just wait til my appointment.
Anyway I hope it's nothing serious and will be better by morning.
I just wanted to update and let took all know, maybe someone has experienced something similar and could message me?

Pain in my breast!
My breasts still feel sore and tender sometimes I need to realize I'm still healing. I shouldn't lift as much or push so hard. Be careful ladies!
My tummy is very numb still but I'm just getting use to it so it doesn't bother me so much. My scar seems to be fading pretty well. So that makes me happy. My silicone tape scar treatment gave out awhile ago so now I'm using Maderma intense night scar cream. :)
Still super excited about my new body can't wait to see reactions of friends and family this summer! (I'm actually quite terrified how they'll react :o ) oh well. I wouldn't change it for anything!! :)

My BA and lift, the incisions were so well done I could barely see the scars. My tummy tuck incision is low and again his skills of a surgeon are maticulas.
