Finally got to talk to someone

After a couple of calls, finally someone called me back. I got to see the doctor and he is working with me to try some other methods. I can't wait to see results. I have lost weight, about 7 pounds, but not on my stomach. They were very nice, just wish they got back to me in a more timely manner. I will update in a month or so.

So far, everyone in the office is very nice. They take the time to explain when I have questions. After procedures, there is no follow up. Asked about it and they took pictures and said the doctor would review in the next week. Been almost 2 months, no contact.

Not Worth the Money or Time

I had coolsculpting, vanquish and z wave. At six months, I don't see any results. Doctor has no follow up. Took pictures of me in underwear for what??? Emailed and received no response. Very disappointed in this office and the services. They made it sound as if they were working with me to get the results I want. But only until they got my money and services performed. Now I can't get any response from the office.

It has been 6 months now and I don't see any results. Measurements around my stomach are the same. Supposed to have a follow up with the doctor, but they have not responded to me in almost 2 months. Emailed and still no response. Would not recommend this doctor. No follow up at all.

So tired of all these gimmicks. These companies and doctors prey on ppl like you and me looking for treatments when they know they don’t work. Thank you for sharing
