That’s my skin now with a subtle dash of foundation. I have freckles but they really don’t bother me... those horrible dark patches were my nightmare because there was no way of covering it, but they are long gone!:D

I wasted more than $3000 on this cosmelan. Absolutely rubbish. Nothing changed. Still have pigmentation. Will never do it again!

I wish people had been more honest about their experiences. Very disappointed with the treatment.
Don't let your frustration ruin your day... what worked for me do not necessarily need to work for you.... I feel sorry for your disappointment with the product. It worked great for me!
Hello, will you please explain the procedure you did? Did you just apply the Dermamelan only as a mask and then you skin peeled and that was it? I ask because Cosmelan comes in a whole kit, so I am curious what you did because your results are beautiful. I just read that Dermamelan is a little stronger than the Cosmelan--did you use it with a kit or by itself? Vielen dank!!
I got the kit. I applied the mask, after degreasing my skin with a blue solution that comes with the kit. I left it for 10 hours, washed it and started the protocol with the dermamelan treatment cream. 1st month: 3 times a day 2nd month: 2 times 3rd month: once at night Sometimes my skin was too red and stingy, so I would skip the cream until it felt better.
Thanks so much for your reply! I purchased the kit too and I am in day 12 and I am doing the same protocol that you did as well. I am finding that my skin is quite red, dry and itchy from the Dermamelan Treatment cream (3x a day) so I just apply the moisturizer (Melan Recovery) throughout the day. Thank you again for your reply. Your post gave me so much hope, so I appreciate you sharing your beautiful results/pictures. I have already noticed significant lightening of my spots , which is exciting. Time will tell how well it all goes, but so far, so good. BTW, not sure what part of Germany you are in, but I was lucky enough to be able to visit both Berlin and Stuttgart last year and had such wonderful trips. My mom is originally from Germany. :-) Take care.

I am super happy with the results! But still have half if the treatment left... so I will do one more today... since it is holiday and I have some spare time, I will try to update daily!????

Hi how is the melasma after the second half of the jar? This treatment didnt leave you with any scars or problems did it? Im just getting ready to order cosmelan on line.

I did not see dramatic change, because my skin was already super nice. No scars left... it was a great treatment... solved my problem!

Hello Nancy, I used the daily cream for 2 months after the treatment. But my melasma is so mild I can barely see it... so I just use a foundation with 15 SPS

As you can.... miracle results from it... at least in my opinion. Today I will use the other half of the treatment
