you look great, but it does not look like you gained weight. you had that bulge before? what a journey eh? I want to get in shape and loose some wight but my motivation and energy is gone:( now this revision is lowing me down again. i am going to look at massages because I still swell lots especially when I am active. We have to put more effort onto taking care of us I think, and I also have a poop problem, ever since my son was born 15 years ago I go poop like 2 times a week and thas a good week! i have tried lots of different medications, dr visits and nothing helps. weird.
Thanks. Your very inspiring this morning. Yes I did have bulge which I hate. Really wished I'd gotten lipo. Maybe another year :) wow you had a revision, was that as painful as initial procedure? I've been trying to eat more healthy. As far as pooping, have you tried miralax? That stuff works wonders. Sometimes you gotta take it a couple times to kick in.

I'm happy overall however I've gained 20 pounds and this has totally messed with my mind. I have the same bulge up top not sure what's going on but kind of down and out

can you post some pics huni? I know this journey is a long draining and emotional roller coaster. I have gained some weight too. It is still hard to work out for me and on Monday I had my revision (dog ears removed) ouch!!!! feels like 8 months ago again!!!!!
Oh no! Sorry to hear about your dog ears being so painful. I will post some pics. How much weight have you gained? My doctor was not happy with the fact I gained

Bulge go away lol

So I still have this bulge in my upper tummy. And I swell sooooo bad especially in the evening . I need some inspiration from those 3 months po and up please. Tell me swell hell goes away

You're not alone. I'm 4 months post op tummy tuck/muscle repair and lipo. I'm still swollen and regretting having the surgery. I pray the swelling goes down. Have you checked to see if you have any GI issues that could be causing this, maybe it's bloating instead of swellling. I hope you have a great turn around. I wish I would have gotten lipo of flanks. My hips feel so huge. Yes this is longest recovery ever!! Lol! I do feel bloated a lot, take gas x some.
Hmm. ..you might want to ask your dr about this...I will tell you I passed 3 months last Friday. .it does get better...Hang in there...avoid sodium and drink lots of water...you can see my posts I had swell hell and tummy was red. .pretty painful. Now I'm ok as long as I don't have too much sodium...but my belly is not as hard as it was...I miss the flat hard belly.
What's the hardness come from? I'm still hard up too ( this sounds like something a guy would say lol) especially in the evening - swell hell sucks
Hey I have a little bulge too I just drink water and put my compression garment on and it helps maybe you need to wear something tight to help compress it I think it's swelling

So how have you been?
I've been pretty good except I feel like I have way to much fluid retention- other than that recovery has gone well. Don't have a whole lot of limitations now which is great , just 3 months ago I could not stand straight. I am very thankful for that. Someone recommended a lymphoma massage would help with bulge , I may look into that.

Good to hear! I'm ok too..just came back from traveling. ..yesterday I had my dr visit..things are going well but a small revision needed cuz of dog ear...I will make a post with pics this week..I have been so busy last couple of weeks...I just got back on Monday...slept 2 hrs and now for a nap...lol....talk to you soon!!!
Send pic of dog ear , I'm interested in seeing that. You sound busy but also like your doing well. Get some good rest :)
