I'm a 34 year old women, married with two beautiful boys. I used to be a big girl and in August 2011, I decided to have weight loss surgery. One year after that procedure, I lost 145 lbs. I loved my new look, minus the excessive skin. At that point, I wanted to have a mommy makeover but my family discouraged me until after children. It made sense, but of course I wasn't happy. Thankfully, I was able to have babies and popped them almost back to back. Meanwhile, my heart was still set on having this procedure done..do despite me knowing It wasn't gonna happen anytime soon, I kept going on consultations with cosmetic surgeons. To have an idea in pricing. Flashback- 5 years later, I finally had my mommy makeover. March 18, 2016 was the best day for me!!!! I had a breast lift w implants, tummy tuck n lipo on flanks. I'm one week post op and feeling great!!!!!  Incisions are nice and clean- pain was minimal..what else could I have asked for....thank you Dr. Franco!!! You are the bomb.com :-) I wish you continued success in this career.

3 days post op

What can I say.......Dr. Franco has been beyond amazing with my sister n law and I. I was blessed to have meet him through a family member who worked very closely with him in Miami, about 4 years ago, she was his recovery nurse to be exact. So she was the one who scheduled an appointment for me to have consultation with him sometime in 2022 at the Miami location. I was truly impressed on how I was treated by him. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without feeling rushed, which was a great quality for me. I had a positive vibe and best of all his price was very reasonable. I left the office extremely comfortable and ready to book my surgery. I recall asking him, "do you think I should wait to have kids and then have surgery?" He responded.. Yes!! At that point and time, I knew he was a great doctor. For those that don't live in Miami, there are lots of butcher doctors in Miami that don't care about their patients- only about the money and would've told me differently. So for a Doctor to be honest- that was like winning the lotto. I felt like love at first sight!!!! Well 3-4 years past (2012-2015), on May 2015, I officially decided I was going through with the procedure and began saving money for the surgery to take place sometime in December 2015. With my luck, I get an unexpected call from my sister in law telling me that she was informed via email that Dr. Franco had resigned. My whole world came crashing down....Immediately, I began calling the office, people I knew in house to inquire about his whereabouts, but of course things had to be kept confidential and the office staff didn't say much. It dawned on me to search for him via Facebook and messenger him, me thinking I wouldn't get a response but I did! I didn't care that he left, all I wanted to know was the information of his new location. Some months past, I reached out again and he told me that he had relocated to his home town in Austin. Oh bummer, I was like crap now I'm really going to need to search for a new surgeon...so I did! I had 5-6 consultations with other surgeons in Miami but kept contact with Dr. Franco. In my husbands family, there's a cosmetic surgeon, who is very reputable in Miami and gave me a huge family discount but my heart and soul was stuck on Dr. Franco. I spoke to my family about what direction to head ( Miami or Texas) and of course they all wanted me to remain local, despite the cost. I had a few on and off conversations with Dr. Franco via messenger and then with his surgery coordinator Kristin. He kept being genuinely nice, caring and seemed so passionate about his career. He truly enjoys what he does..therefore, I had to go with my guy intuition and took a leap of faith and booked my surgery with him to take place during my spring break. I traveled from Miami to Texas for 10 days and let me tell you, I don't regret it one bit. I wasn't sure what I going to be exposed to here but I don't regret it one bit. The service, hospitality, customer service, hospitals, hotels, food, everything over-exceeded my expectations. I love that he is available for me through phone, text, messenger etc. Out of courtesy, he passed by my hotel to check on us and he shared great tourist spots/food locations for us to visit. I mean I know doctors are human beings but seriously I felt as if he was a family member. Any concern or question we had, it would be answered by a simple text, I didn't feel alone. I got royalty treatment!!!! Today is my last fave to face consult with him prior to my departure back home.
