Don't wait, if you can afford to do it, do it now, you will love yourself for it. I am thrilled with my results and my surgeon. I was an A and now I'm a full C, and the size totally fits my frame. I was afraid for many years due to religious reasons and I thought up until recently that people should accept what God has given them. I thought only really insecure women got BA. But still, I wasn't feeling sexy about myself and this was affecting my sex drive. After taking a chance and meeting my surgeon, I was encouraged by him and the female staff members who had the procedure too. I realized that many women have been given new confidence with implants; and now that silicone implants have been deemed totally safe, I was further convinced to go for it. I did this for me and nobody else and I'm lucky I found myself in a position to afford it after all these years.
You need a good 5 days of rest after the surgery as you're arm movements are extremely limited during that time. I had very little pain in the days after the procedure; I didn't even really need pain killers. I just needed to stay home and rest. Within 3 weeks I was able to lift my arms up pretty well; after 6 weeks my boobs started dropping and looking good.

I had my augmentation this summer by Dr. Johnny Franco of Georgetown, TX. I am absolutely in love with my breasts. They look amazing and I wish I'd done this many years ago. It has changed the way I feel about myself. Dr. Franco was very kind and patient with my questions and concerns. Staff at the surgery center where the procedure was done also had glowing remarks for the surgeon, stating he is "the best, an artist." Highly recommend him.
