Boy, where do I even start? I wasn't able to get my bum "lifted" last year due to an unrelated injury and the recovery process of that injury. Now two years later, I'm heading back to Texas to get my bum fixed. I had initially wanted to get but butt implants removed; however, I don't have enough fat to transfer to my buttocks to prevent having two donut holes. As my bum is sagging and way too heavy, Dr. Franco and I have decided to replace my current 548 cc implants with 400 cc implants. This time, he's going to place them intramuscular instead of subfacia to prevent future sagging. Just thinking about the pain and recovery gives me anxiety. I always question myself, why the heck did I get butt implants in the first place. Well, you live and you learn. I pray that all of this goes well and that I have a smoother recovery than the first time. Please pray for me, seriously! :-(
Update: 3/8/18
Update: I’ll be 1-year post-op on 4/6/18 and I have to say that my implants have dropped dramatically. I’m happy with the volume and curves but not with the hanging especially on my right butt cheek. As revisions are considered at one-year post-op, I’m in the process of reaching out to Dr. Franco to see how this can be remedied. Will keep you posted.
