Update - not worth it!
My fat transfer melted away from my hips in less than a year and after two years my butt started to sag????I’m looking for another doctor to fix this mess. I don’t know how to edit my original review from five stars to one. I feel like my skinny legs don’t match my fat????. Jeans are hard to shop for. This is not what I expected. If I could do it all over again I would save my money and keep my padding underwear. I hope this update helps others.

Dr. Franco was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions. He was polite and handsome. I would recommend him for butt implants, lipo, and fat grafting. Dr. Franco gave me the results I wanted. I was very surprised that my hips matched my body shape so well and my waist was so tiny, he did an awesome job on me. My butt is still healing and so far so good. I'm happy to answer any questions about my experience if your thinking of using him.
