I had the first genius rf microneedling treatment on my abdomen six weeks ago. I had my second yesterday. So far, my stretch marks show no sign of improvement. Yesterday, I also tried it on my neck. So far, no sign of improvement there either. I fear I have wasted a huge amount of money. Live and learn.

please get the settings your provider used and post them here
Stretch marks require 6+ RFM for 80-90% clearance. Providers need to set the correct expectations! If you ever went to the gym and got 6 pack in one session then you can expect that one treatment to show improvement in one session. These are not magic-erasers. An easier more affordable option is tattooing the stretch marks to the skin tone.
RF microneedling works from deeper layers outward and will take some time. Combination with so sort of fractional skin resurfacing will give you the visible results you expect while RF microneedling does it's magic.
