Made neck & jowls worse - skin less elastic with volume loss

Wish I’d never done this, it made my jowls sag even more and significantly increased the tech neck wrinkles in my neck that I was trying to reduce, and made the skin less elastic with volume loss underneath so it’s now crepey too. Now my neck looks 10 years older than my face!

Had it done by a highly-rated board certified surgeon in his medical spa. They did a great job fully numbing me and excellent customer service. Just the “Genius RF lift” results are horrible. I’m now under another doctor’s care trying to improve my neck with Retin-A but it’s slow and minimal results so far.

I try so hard to research to avoid bad results, and “micro needling” was what I’d gone in for, as it was so highly reviewed at the time, I didn’t realize the addition of RF or the Genius version could cause such an awful outcome, but now I see other reviews reporting the same thing I experienced. The real reviews here on Realself are so helpful, so sharing my experience in case this helps someone else avoid ruining their skin.
