I recently underwent two surgical procedures with Dr. Fialkov—a genioplasty followed by hardware removal 3 months later. One of my friends had the same surgical procedure with him and her results looked fantastic, so I did a bit more research and his name kept coming up as one of the best. After my initial consultation, I knew I was in expert hands and decided to move forward with the procedure.
Throughout my entire journey, Dr. Fialkov exemplified professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Not only did he do a great job, but he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and peace of mind every step of the way, easing any pre-surgery nerves I had (it was my first cosmetic surgery so there were a lot of them).
Dr. Fialkov's staff also deserve recognition—Alex was incredibly helpful in particular, always very responsive when I had any questions or concerns and she also helped to coordinate my pre- and post-op appointments. Everyone made me feel like a priority and I felt exceptionally well taken care of throughout the whole process.
I am thrilled with the results and definitely recommend Dr. Fialkov to anyone considering a surgical procedure with him. Choosing him as my surgeon was one of the best decisions I've made!
